THE THREE PHASES OF MY THERAPY
In the first phase, an introductory conversation takes place. Together, we will define a therapy goal and establish clear and distinct boundaries (what do I want, what do I not want?).
- at least one session
Here, we teach the body to develop trust – in me, in the process, and in yourself. In a safe space, we explore how your body responds and gently attune it with soft techniques, focusing on relaxation. This may help us identify barriers and prepare for a deeper connection with your body.
In the second phase, we work with the outer body, focusing on areas such as the abdomen, chest, back, head, and legs.
- at least one session
The way we work with the outer body varies from case to case.
We use gentle pressure, stretching, stroking, tapping, soft shaking, or movement. Sometimes, I hold trigger or acupressure points, touch the meridians, and/or work deeper into the fascia tissue.
If necessary, the third phase may involve working with the intimate area. This can include the mouth, vulva, penis, testicles, and anus.
- at least one session
Gently, we encourage the flow of energy in the intimate area—similar to the second phase, but even softer—to strengthen the connection between you and your body.
In this process, the body releases its tense patterns and protective membranes. It becomes more sensitive and open, allowing you to experience greater freedom, sensuality, and pleasure.
My Rules
-
Duration: usually between 150 and 180 minutes
-

The length of the phases generally determines the number of sessions. The minimum is three sessions.
